At CFBB, we focus on technical proficiency before load and intensity.
With experience in strength & conditioning, gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, pregnancy & postpartum training, as well as nutrition coaching, our coaches are well placed to help you achieve your full potential.
In-house workout programming ensures we are able to meet our members where they are at and build towards their goals.
Varied, not random: progressive overload in our strength work mixed with novel stimulus in our conditioning moves you forward week on week, month on month
Workout tracking ensures our progress is measurable, because we are true believers that what isn’t measured isn’t mastered

Ben is a co-owner & CrossFit Level 2 coach with with a passion for strength and conditioning. He is dedicated to sharing the physical and mental health benefits of fitness with the community.

Co-owner, head programmer, and CrossFit Level 2 coach , Kat has over a decade of high-level competition and coaching experience & specializes in Weightlifting and pregnancy/post-partum fitness.
