CrossFit Classes

Our 60 minute Strength & Conditioning classes are the mainstay of our offerings. Designed to build muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness, and enhance functional strength, these sessions start with a coach led warm up and brief of the days programming.

Following the brief, you will work through a strength piece with further instruction and feedback on form and progressions from your coach.

Classes finish with a workout of the day (WOD) that will vary in terms of time domain, intended stimulus, and movements.

All classes are customizable to individual strength & skill levels as well as injury concerns.

Open Gym

Take advantage of our Open Gym hours to complete additional programming assigned from personal training sessions with your coach, improve your mobility, or catch up on a class missed during the week. Open Gym gives you access to all the equipment you need to help take your fitness to the next level.

Low-Impact Group Training

Functional Fitness for all ages and abilities!

These 45-minute classes offer a variation of the daily Strength & Conditioning classes to our masters populations or those returning to fitness after a significant hiatus.

Designed to build muscle and strength while minimizing stress on the joints and connective tissues, these classes use controlled, fluid reps and low impact movements for maximum effect.

Capped at 8 participants, small group training allows coaches to tailor the programming to support each members needs.

Speciality Seminars

Periodically, we offer Specialty Seminars on topics such as Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Powerlifting & Nutrition. These long-format seminars focus on advancing skills, technique and knowledge under the guidance of industry experts to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

CrossFit Kids

We offer both a school term and school holiday CrossFit program for kids aged 5-12.

Our kids classes focus on developing mechanically sound movement, promoting a positive relationship with exercise and improving sports performance in a fun, engaging and social environment.

Through games and age-appropriate activities, children build strength, agility, and confidence while learning social skills and healthy lifestyle habits for a lifetime of fitness.

1:1 Personal Training

Our 1:1 Personal Training sessions offer personalised coaching to help you reach specific performance goals, improve technique, or support rehabilitation. Whether it’s your first pull-up, muscle-up, or improving confidence under the barbell, our coaches specialise in weightlifting, gymnastics, and pregnancy/post-partum fitness.

NDIS Personal Training sessions are also available following comprehensive goal setting sessions.
