I started CrossFit in late 2016 after many years of running and basic weight training. I decided I needed to mix up my training and haven't looked back since. What I enjoy most about CrossFit is that there is always something new to learn and skills to develop. It truly is for everyone; you can take everything back to whatever level you are at!

I wanted to coach because I love seeing the consistent development of the team, not only getting fitter and stronger over time but also developing new skills they didn’t think were possible. Knowing that I have helped them along the way is pretty cool.
